Terms and Conditions
Important notice: Servyco Limited is a domestic appliance repair support, booking and coordination business. Optional appliance repair plans are provided under separate plan terms and conditions.
1. Our role
Servyco Limited helps customers arrange domestic appliance repair support through approved engineers where available. We may coordinate booking, customer communication and administration.
2. Repair requests
Customers may contact us about washing machines, fridge freezers, dishwashers, electric ovens, electric hobs, TVs and selected other domestic appliances. We will review the information supplied and confirm the next steps where possible.
3. Pricing and payment
No payment is taken through this website. Pricing, attendance, availability and any payment method will be confirmed before work starts. Parts, specialist equipment, additional labour, delivery, installation and replacement appliances are quoted separately unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
4. Engineers and workmanship
Attending engineers operate independently and are responsible for their own qualifications, insurance, workmanship and materials where applicable. Servyco coordinates repair support but does not guarantee that every fault can be repaired.
5. Appliance repair plans
Any appliance repair plan offered by Servyco is provided under separate plan terms. Eligibility, exclusions, waiting periods and service limits may apply. Full plan terms must be accepted before any plan begins.
6. Access and safety
Customers must ensure safe access to the appliance and provide accurate details about the appliance, fault, address and contact information. Work may not proceed if access is unsafe, information is inaccurate, or the issue differs materially from the original request.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Refunds and cancellations will be reviewed case by case in line with the agreed service, work status and applicable UK consumer law. Once an engineer has been assigned, dispatched or work has started, reasonable costs may be deducted.
8. What is not included as standard
Replacement parts, specialist equipment, major repairs, appliance replacement, delivery, installation, disposal, manufacturer warranty disputes and unrelated property damage are not included unless agreed in writing.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, Servyco is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate customer information, failed access, third-party engineer acts or omissions, or delays outside our reasonable control.
